Today, practice breathing fully and deeply, often throughout your day. Consider taking a breathing space every half hour or hour. Each time, checking in to how you feel and what you need in that moment; listening gently to the quiet whispers of your body and soul. Solitude does not have to be an extended period ‘away from it all’ by yourself, though that is just as nourishing. Create soulitude with each pause, breathe in new life and exhale the unnecessary, touch the silence between each inhale and exhale. Create these moments of calm amidst the waves of your day.
