After months and years of listening to all of the voices outside of yourself when it comes to how or what to eat, you can end up feeling lost, frustrated and completely disconnected from your body and your self.

The most powerful way to finally be and feel in control of your health, your body, and your diet is connection; or perhaps more accurately, a REconnection.

Begin with reconnecting first to your body in gentle ways. Consider practices like the body scan, mindful eating, restorative yoga, bodywork like self-massage, biofield practices like healing touch, or movement you enjoyed in the past like dance or sport.

Choose one practice. Practice it regularly (daily if you can). Notice the subtle and sometimes profound shifts in how you think, how you act, and how you reside in your body.
