Foundational to health is how we think or what we believe about our experience of it and what is possible for us.

We can choose to focus on worst possible outcome (and send our mind and body into stress response), or not.

Should we choose to focus on the possibility of health, we can gently let go of the grip of expecting the absolute worst. We can begin to find the middle ground of expecting the better or best, acting in accordance with what that means for us, and letting go of the outcome.

Focusing on health does not mean we will never experience pain or illness, but it can powerfully shift your present moment experience.
