Stop talking about all the ‘healthy’ things you are eating and hoping to hear how good you are, while not talking about all the things you think others will judge you for. (Honestly, and sadly, the judgement happens.)

Eat for nourishment. Eat simply. Eat with gratitude and pleasure. Eat slowly. Eat with presence. Eat and enjoy the experience.

Do it for you.

You don’t have to prove anything to anyone. Seriously, you don’t.
