Trust me, your mind, body and soul will feel so much better when you are FED.
Eat until you are satisfied.
Eat enough.
Eat what you need.
This especially applies to those of us perpetually on the next diet or ‘lifestyle change.’
Restriction is so wrapped up into our behaviours with food even when we think we aren’t dieting.
Not eating enough can show up in digestive issues, poor energy level, mood issues like irritability, poor focus or anxiety, frequent illness, sub-optimal mental and physical function, or poor recovery from workouts and illness.
Your body wants to be nourished sufficiently and feel satisfied. You do too.
