Nourishment can look like
showing yourself compassion when you haven’t done all those healthy things you planned to do.
Sometimes our well intentioned health goals are simply too much, all at once.
We get excited. We are motivated. And, we are human beings who don’t love change as much as we think we want it.
It’s okay. You’re okay. Keep going.
And if you need to, scale back. Pick one thing. Focus on it until it becomes habit. Then add in another. Even a handful of new healthy habits done consistently can compound into a tremendous improvement in your wellbeing.
You don’t have to do ‘all the things’. Begin with one action done with love.
Keep moving forward.
Be gentle, be kind, and practice self-compassion.
